Questions about Water Parade

Can you go to the poly to watch the water parade. We are staying at the swan, if I take the boat to mk dock, then what would I do. Can you get to the parade from here. I would rather just take one means of transportation than boat and bus. We also have a car could we park it in the poly parking lot for free and visit the hotel? I've never done this before. Please HELP!!

I'm not only familiar with all things Disney, but when we stayed at SOG in 1995, we watched the water parade from a pool area at the Poly.

Thank goodness they had towels outside.....we wrapped up in them because it was freezing outside.

It shouldn't be a problem. You'll probably hear how the poly beach is for resort guestys only. So to avoid any problems, call & speak to the manager & ask permission if that is a concern. We have also watched from the GF dock. I was thorouhgly unimpressed with the water parade, though.

You can't take a boat from the Swan to the MK. You'd have to take a bus. You can actually take a bus to the MK then walk down to the MK dock to watch the FEP. We've seen it from there just fine a couple of times in the past. That way you would only have to take one form of transportation like you wanted. When it's over you can then just hop back on a bus to the Swan.
