I buy mine online with kiosk option and I would buy them as soon as you can while the unlimited 7 day 2 park is still avalible at the $99 price

Right now they are offering a coupon book with any online ticket purchase.
I'm wondering if anyone has got this-- if you do the kiosk pickup, do you get the coupons there too or do they mail them separately?
How much is shipping anyway if it's by mail?
