Questions about towncar service..

We aren't going until mid December. We've never used a towncar service before, but will this time.

How far in advance should I book a towncar? Is it too early for me to book now?

Will the towncar service be aware if my plane is delayed? You never know about bad weather in the Northeast during Dec.

Do we pay for the entire roundtrip up front, or do we just pay the driver for one way plus tip on both the way to the hotel and the way back?

If you know what service you will be using you can go ahead and book them now. You will pay for the round trip when you get to your resort. The driver will then confirm the pick up time for your return trip.
All the services will ask for your flight number so they can monitor the flight and adjust for pick up time if necessary.
Definitely the only way to start a great Disney vacation.

I'll be booking today. I bought my airfare, booked the resort and bought passes back in Feb, so now almost everything is ready to go except for some PS.
