Questions about tipping?

We will be at AKL for the week of Thanksgiving and I need tipping advice.

How much to tip for mousekeeping?

Bed turn down if offered and how much to tip?

Do you tip the person who carries the luggage and do you always use them and how much to tip?

Valet parking and how much to tip?

Have I left anyone out? If I did please let me know, this is our first trip to a deluxe so I'm not to familar with the way things work at them. I want to make this a special wonderful 1st trip to disney for my DD9 and DS3 and DH whose Bday is on Thanksgiving.

For us we usually tip $1 day per person in room.The day we check out we leave a little extra since they will have more to clean. I clean up before they come so they really don't have alot to do. We tip $1 per bag and usually round it up to $5 since we only have 3 or 4 bags. We always use luggage service, saves my husbands back. As far a valet parking we have never used it so I am not sure about that.
