questions about tickets

We are looking at visiting Universal in March. This will be our first visit and we would like to see both parks as well as Wet 'n Wild. We would like to stay at least one night in a Universal hotel to get the FOTL. My questions:

Should I / Can I book my tickets when I call the hotel to book the room?

Is there FOTL at Wet 'n Wild? We will stay a second night at their hotel if there is.

Where is the best place to get tickets?

Should we be going ahead and getting the $124.99 tickets now? Will the price be going up?

How soon do the hotels book up? We are thinking about staying at HRH.

Ticket prices may go up but would just be a guess if they do or not. Probably best place is direct from Universal site.

I do not believe Wet and Wild have express and pretty certain you don't get with hotel so one night should be good for you.

HRH is great...I have stayed there the most but tbh you could save a few dollars by going RPR and have a great experience too. I have booked that place 3 or 4 times but my last trip was first time actually staying in room and its just as nice imo as HRH.
