Questions about Sheraton Vistana Resort

Which is the best area of Sheraton Vistana Resort to request if we would like the following: near a 24-hour fitness center (crazy DH!), not too far of a walk to a main pool, not too loud. We have booked a 2-bedroom villa. Arriving Saturday before Thanksgiving and staying for 8 nights.

Also, are the villas on the upper levels too bright for sleeping? I like total darkness in the bedrooms.

The only 24 hour fitness centre is Cascades, although Fountains is open until 1:00am. Cascades is popular, but that means it is not a quiet section; the two tend to be mutually exclusive. I have stayed in about half of the 9 sections at the resort and never find any of them too far from a pool (main or quiet). A couple of blocks walk at the most. Again, closer to pool = busier/noisier so I like being a little bit away.

The bedrooms are generally quite dark regardless of floor. Some top floor villas have skylights in the living room, but that would not affect the bedroom area.
