Questions About SeaRaycer Renting At Wilderness Lodge

Hi all,

DBF and i are planning on renting two SeaRaycers while staying at the WL. I was wondering though... where exactly can you "boat" to? I know that the WL is situated on Bay Lake so you can most likely boat on there. But what about the Seven Seas Lagoon?? Can you "cross over" under the monorail line to the Seven Seas Lagoon??

I heard that you can do that if you rent it from the Contemporary, but can you do that if you rent it from the Wilderness Lodge?

Wondering because if you cant do that from the WL, and you can from the Contemporary, then we'll definitely rent from Contemporary!!

So calling all previous boat renters from WL!!

PS: $25 per half hour per SeaRaycer... i know that. But how much is it per 45 minutes? Per 1 hour? Does it get discounted the more time you buy w/ the SeaRaycers??

Yes, you can explore both Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon, no matter which resort you rent from.

But I have seen on another thread that you could get 90 mins. for the price of 60 mins. (50.00 I believe) with a coupon that you get with your luggage tags if doing ME. If you are not going anytime soon and interested, I would be happy to get you the exact information and advise you upon our return. We leave in less than 30 days. Just let me know.

At one time, the Grand Floridian had the Captain's Plan which allowed you to pay for 3 hours and get 4, divided up between as many boats, hours and days that you needed. Make sure that WL has that, if not, call the GF.
