First time going there in 13 days,,,,,,have a few questions if someone can help.
1. Do they have dive-in movies like Hard Rock HOtel? If not, do they have anything going on down by the pool area?
2. Which floors and rooms should we avoid if at all possible?
3. Do they do the "report card - A" thing and what exactly is that?
4. Now that the weather is a little cooler at night in florida, is anybody in the pool?
5. Which restaurant cater to kids?
Thanks to all who can help. I appreciate it.

As for the pool, it's usually heated to 70-80 degrees. Even if it's cold, I'm sure you will be warm swimming. Getting out of the pool is another story. :)

Yes, dive in movie is at 8:00 on Friday. This week was MIB 2
other activities are scheduled throughout the day at the pool like; Shuffle board tourn, volleyball, sandcastle contest, ping pong tourn & more.
Not sure which floors to avoid, I like the higher floors myself.
No more Grade *A* program.
I think all restaurants cater to chidren. Islands dining room has a children's buffet every night for $3.99 per child. Great deal!!
Anything else let me know! I check out today.

Oh it's only 40 degrees tonight, a bit chilly for swimming!! Although there were maybe two diehards in there! Maybe Alaskans??

Thanks for the info Cheryl, looks like I won't be swimming! LOL
Even though I grew up in michigan and I do know what cold is, I have lived in florida for the past 17 yrs and cold to me now is about 50 degrees!!
Is there a site online that has the menus from the restaurants at royal pacific?
Thanks again for all the help

I'd bring a robe and go to the pool anyway. 40 or 50 degrees is ok to swim if the pool is heated. We went to our spa/health club last night and were in the outside pool and it was about 20 degrees outside. The pool was 90 degrees. It was lovely!!!!

Bring a robe and give it a shot. You might just enjoy the experience. It's also nice because the pool will be less crowded.

Lisa,
Right at the top of the forum, there is a thread for Universal Menus. They are on there.
