More curious then anything
Does the Magical Express go to every resort or are they split into location or categories .

For instance does the buses do the magic kindgom resorts, epcot resorts etc.


Can you contact the hotel manager to ask for requests like you can most hotels?

Yes. Magical Express usually takes guest to resorts in the same area. For example we stayed at animal kingdom lodge last time. The bus had guest from art of animation and pop century.
Request are usually done by contacting disney by phone. I'm not sure if your as a guest can actually reach the manager of a particular resort.

The buses are usually grouped into 3 resorts or so per bus. Yes they are usually geographically adjacent.
But no, there are not Epcot buses, MK buses etc. They are grouped by demand and change as needed.
No you do not call the hotel manager.
You call DME to reserve in advance of your trip.

The buses are the buses. They are not themed by resort, and you really don't know for sure what resorts will be grouped together. In general, they do keep together the resorts by location though. You do not get to make requests.

If you're asking if each Magical Express bus goes to all of the resorts, no. A bus goes to no more than 4 resorts on a trip, and those resorts would all be in the same geographical area. For instance, POR, POFQ, OKW, SSR.

As for requests, there's no way to make a request for Magical Express. The service is what it is. You get on the bus at the airport, get dropped off at the resort where you have a reservation. At the end of your trip, you get on the bus at the resort where you stayed, and get dropped off at the airport.

If you're speaking about requests at the hotel, such as asking for a certain room location, that's done by calling 407-WDISNEY, the main reservation line. There are also a small number of requests you can choose from when you do online check-in.
