Questions about Princess Breakfast at Epcot's Norway.....

Ok, here's the situation. I have reservations and was wondering a few things:

1. What time does the Monorail start running in the morning to Epcot?
2. What time do the Gates open to let you go through Epcot to Norway?

The monorail is usually running sometime around 7:30am. When we went in November, World Showcase was closed, but a CM was there to allow breakfast guests past the rope. As we got closer another CM asked for our names and PS time to allow us to continue.

What time was your PS for the Norway Princess Breakfast? Also, do you remember what time the park let you in?

Our seating was not until 10am, but we arrived in Epcot about 8:30am. We hung around the front of the park and saw the characters from the big red bus and then headed to WS about 9:15am. We were allowed to go right on back once they confirmed our breakfast. We strolled through and got lots of great pictures with the WS being empty.
