Do they have make your own omelettes? How about make your own pasta? We stayed at CSR a long time ago and I don't remember. We like those options at Port Orleans Riverside where we've been staying in recent years.

They aren't listed on the menu, but they do omelets at breakfast and they're all the same price point, so I imagine they would let you customize it however you want. They make them up after you order anyway.

Pasta is another story. They aren't set up to do that, but they do have a ton of other options.

this is correct, they do not have a traditional omelet bar like you see at the buffet's but you can order an omelet however you like it and it will be made fresh for you.
