I just found out we were upgraded to a Hospitality Suite at the PBH for our upcoming stay over July 4th. :goodvibes Talk about being surprised!!! I called about having balloons delivered to our room for a birthday and I was told we were upgraded to a garden view hospitality suite. I I searched this forum and the pictures look awesome. I just have a few questions for anyone who has stayed in a suite before.

Where are the Hospitality Suite located? In the Villa wing? How many Hospitality suites are there? It is a garden view.

What is the appropriate tip?

My son's question is whether there is a TV in the parlor. I had to laugh as that would be the one thing he noticed on the floor plan and photos. He did not see a TV!

We are so psyched!

TIA!

damo and goofy! know a lot more about the PBH than i do.
they love that place!

hopefully they will see your post and help you out.

I have stayed in them a few times. One time it had a piano in it. They are in the villa wing and it can be quite a trek. If you also have club at least you have to pass by that way to and from your room. It is very large. When we have one we usually have a King attached to one side and a 2Queen on the other side. It has a butler's pantry, large dining room table, and many doors. Also an additional bathroom and a desk area with an extra phone. Don't worry you will enjoy. I don't have any digital photos on me now to send you, but there are some if you search. One thing the kids loved was the huge columns in the room. Have a great 4th. If you don't find any pictures send me a PM and I will look some more and some more great info that you will love.

BTW are you Platinum? and the Universal site has a floorplan.

Just returned and the unit is large! It was not too bad of a trek to go to the club lounge. It worked out great since we had a group that followed us from my niece's wedding in Tampa. We all met in our parlor and enjoyed quite a few cocktails there as well! We had one of the best trips and I hated coming home. Reality stinks!:headache:
