Both my DH and DD are celebrating birthdays on our upcoming trip. I called and had the CM note the birthdays on our dining reservations. However, since then I have cancelled some reservations and added others. Do I need to call and have the CM note the birthdays on the new reservations, or will it automatically show up in the system since I already called once? Thanks!

I do believe you may have to have them note birthdays on the new reservations. They don't always migrate over properly, I have found.

It is better to just ask CM to note it on all your ADRs because it is nice to have the little cupcake, card, placemat, whatever they give you for celebrating your bday.

Enjoy!

Each reservation is independent, so you'll need to call and have it added to the new reservations.

Just remember that it's a note and it doesn't mean anything will happen. Sometimes you'll get some of the things mentioned by the PP (e.g., cupcakes, cards, desserts), sometimes it's a simple "happy birthday" and sometimes it's nothing at all.
