Questions about night shows and parades in "off" season

We are going to Disney December 2 - 8. I guess this is technically the "off" season (or is it?). How will I find out what nights they are having Illuminations, Wishes, Fantasmic? How will I find out about parade schedules and the Christmas party? ANd night hours? I guess I want to know these things before I get there so that I can plan and make restaurant reservations ....... Man, the learning curve on Disney is steep, lol.

I'd post the link if I knew how, but maybe someone else will come along and do it!

You can pretty much count on the MK parade at 3:00, the MGM parade at 3:30, and Illuminations at 9 p.m.

That time of year Illuminations is at 9:30 because of the Candlelight Processional. Fantasmic is usually at 7:00.

If it follows previous years, MVMCP will be on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Spectromagic and Wishes should run on the other nights.
