questions about new free dining pin

Has anyone booked with the new free dining pin? Are the free tics/dining available for as many nights as you like? What kind of deal did you get? Did you get a better deal this way or with the 4/3 deal?

Its just free dining, not free tickets. You can book up to 14 nights. Which is better depends on your family and which resort you choose. A deluxe will give you a better deal with the 4/3 but if you have a large family the free dining will usually give a better deal

I received a free dining pin and it did include tickets/room/free dining.

The only portion FREE is the dining portion though.The promotion requires you to purchase a full priced disney resort pkg with tickets and you get the dining portion free.

We are into a reservation right now but still waiting for a free dining pin attached for our names, if we are lucky to have it, we will call and applied it to our existing reservation.

I haven’t been on in awhile because my real world life has been busy, busy, busy. However, I’m checking in because I’m having withdrawals. Still don’t really have time though. I have been waiting for free dining to book my trip as that is the way I can afford it with airfare what it is. Can someone please explain this to me!!!!

The pins are randomly mailed or emailed out.You can not share, beg,borrow for them.The only thing you can do to help increase your chances it go to disneys website and register ,maybe order a vacation Dvd. There is no rhyme or reason and not everyone gets them.There are people here that have gotten numerous ones, I have gotten ZERO in 21 taken and 2 more planned trips.My dear SIL who goes more than I do and owns DVC gets them all the time and never uses them.
