I know these threads get a little repetitive, but here are my (so far) ADRs for our SEPT DDxDP trip (Three adult women, ages 26-31) and some specific questions:

Mon Sept 17th (arrive-time still unknown)

-have booked both Cali Grill at 5:45 and Le Cellier at 8:30 (will drop one when we get our flights/arrival times)...

Tues, Sep 18th (Magic Kingdom)

-The Plaza @ 11:00am (this will change if we can get CP pre-opening). Will this give us a good time to rest? should we make it later, say noon (giving us more quiet park time, or is the crowd level basically the same)

-Narcoosees @ 7:30pm thought it'd be nice to watch the fireworks away from the craziness? Not logical? Should we do something sooner and get back for the FW? Something really late, after the FW?

Wed, Sept 19 (Hollywood Studios)

-Hollywood Brown Derby @ 6:05pm... not enough time to make it for Fantasmic?

Thur, Sept 20 (Epcot)

-Via Napoli @12:45
-Hacienda @ 7:15

(should we keep trying to get earlier seating for both so we don't miss the show that night?)

Fri, Sep 21 (WaterPark)

-Flying Fish @ 7:45 (thought to give us time to get home from WP, change etc?)
since waterparks don't open until 10, should we have breakfast somewhere first, or is that too much running around? I can see us not arriving at the WP until 11ish though...

Sat, Sep 22 (Animal Kingdom)

Tusker House @ 10:05 (should we aim for earlier? I know this isn't one of the most crowded parks, especially this time of year, so thought getting a slightly later start there would be ok?)

Jiko @7:15 (I believe this was the earliest we could get- will we be bored since the park closes at 6? Or should we give ourselves an even later time so we can change at our hotel and head back..or is that ridiculous?)

Sunday, Sept 23 (no park plans-free day/half day/who knows)

Artist's Point @7:30 (to give us time for whatever does come up...should we push it back even further? )

Monday, Sept 24 (universal)

Fulton's Crab House @ 8:10 (does this give us ample time to get back from universal/to our hotel etc to change without feeling rushed/like we missed out on some uni time?

(is breakfast somewhere possible here, or should we skip it in favour of getting to universal early?)

Tuesday, Sept 25 (Magic Kingdom)

-California Grill @5:35 (currently only time avail) will this work to get us back to MK in time for wishes?

Wed, Sept 26 (leaving)

-Wave @8:20 (unless eventual flight plans change this option)

We haven't really booked any breakfasts other than tusker house... would like to get CP pre-opening for one of our MK days, but who knows if that will happen! Breakfast times just seem to be the toughest to grab (convenient ones at good places anyways!)...will we regret that?

yes, I'm overly analytical, it's in my nature... :)

See comments below (note: removed the quoted part from the actual plans to ease quoting them, since the DIS doesn't automatically nest quotes like a real message board does :P)

-Narcoosees @ 7:30pm thought it'd be nice to watch the fireworks away from the craziness? Not logical? Should we do something sooner and get back for the FW? Something really late, after the FW? - On DxDDP, I really like splitting lunch and dinner up a bit further than you normally would. Since you get more food per meal, as well as larger meals in general (since it's mostly TS), this should be fine.

Keep in mind that this day is a party night, and you'll be viewing Hallowishes instead of normal wishes (as will I, just from a different point of view ;).) Also, since it IS a party night, the crowds will likely be pretty low (even for this time of year), so I don't think you'll be missing out on too much.

Wed, Sept 19 (Hollywood Studios)

-Hollywood Brown Derby @ 6:05pm... not enough time to make it for Fantasmic? - TBH, it may be a bit tight. Unless you're doing the F! dining package, they like you to get there (at Fantasmic) ~45 minutes (at least) in advance. With Fantasmic scheduled for 8pm, this could be pushing it a touch.

Thur, Sept 20 (Epcot)

-Via Napoli @12:45
-Hacienda @ 7:15

(should we keep trying to get earlier seating for both so we don't miss the show that night?) - This should be fine. Hacienda shouldn't take too too long and Illuminations is at 9pm. That, and I'll /wave to you there that day :p (my ADR happens to be at 6:30pm, much <3 for Hacienda!)

Fri, Sep 21 (WaterPark)

-Flying Fish @ 7:45 (thought to give us time to get home from WP, change etc?)
since waterparks don't open until 10, should we have breakfast somewhere first, or is that too much running around? I can see us not arriving at the WP until 11ish though...- Sounds good to me. The WPs close at 5pm this week, so even if you stay until close, you'll have ~2 1/2 hrs to get to the room, clean up, and get to BWI.

Sat, Sep 22 (Animal Kingdom)

Tusker House @ 10:05 (should we aim for earlier? I know this isn't one of the most crowded parks, especially this time of year, so thought getting a slightly later start there would be ok?)- I actually had a ~10am last year and it worked out great. There was a bit of a wait past the ADR time for the table, but it allowed us to hit up the Safari and meander around a bit before the meal. It also gives you the option of a bit of a late start if you should desire. You'll be fine getting a late start here as well. Other than the safari, last year we still hit up EE and everything with little wait.

Jiko @7:15 (I believe this was the earliest we could get- will we be bored since the park closes at 6? Or should we give ourselves an even later time so we can change at our hotel and head back..or is that ridiculous?) - I'd keep the later time and change at the resort. Nothing like sitting through a nice meal all sweaty and icky feeling. Alternatively, tour the resort a bit and visit the savannahs before dinner, they are really quite nice.

Sunday, Sept 23 (no park plans-free day/half day/who knows)

Artist's Point @7:30 (to give us time for whatever does come up...should we push it back even further? ) -It's up to you, but if it were me, I'd keep it there. Eating dinner later than 7:30 in Disney is not fun for me personally (even though I'll eat between 8-10 CST on a normal day...if I eat dinner at all...)

Monday, Sept 24 (universal)

Fulton's Crab House @ 8:10 (does this give us ample time to get back from universal/to our hotel etc to change without feeling rushed/like we missed out on some uni time?

(is breakfast somewhere possible here, or should we skip it in favour of getting to universal early?) - I'd skip breakfast and get to USO early. While, like Disney, it's not going to be super packed, depending on what you want to do, there could still be waits (WWoHP for example). Getting there early always minimizes said waits.

Tuesday, Sept 25 (Magic Kingdom)

-California Grill @5:35 (currently only time avail) will this work to get us back to MK in time for wishes? - Theoretically, yes. However, this is another party night and normal Wishes will not be shown. If you are attending the party, you should be fine (though, you may want to let the server know to help speed up the process). If you are not buying tickets to the party, then you will not be able to be in the MK after 7pm.

Wed, Sept 26 (leaving)

-Wave @8:20 (unless eventual flight plans change this option)

For the last bit, if you want breakfast for breakfast's sake, then keep trying. It's not a critical thing in mid-September though, as park crowds are quite light and the advantage of those 8:05am ADRs during peak season, just aren't nearly as important this time of year.
