How far in advance do you show up for it? and where exactly is the boat. Or you in the lake where all the stuff is going off?

U need to call 90 days in advance. for the 9pm Illuminations cruise, you should be at the Yacht Club Marina around 7:45 or 8pm. You will cruise Crescent lake until it is time to dock under the bridge between France and England.

Boats leave from both the Yacht/Beach Club and the Boardwalk marines...They tell you to be there 30mins prior to departure which typically is 8:30pm...But check the day or so before to confirm the departure time...on some holidays they do switch illuminations times.
