Hi all. My PI with Disney will be from June to January, and there are so many questions I have about housing. I am not sure whether I can post them here? Let me know if it is inappropriate so I can delete or just tell me where in this forum I should move to.:dance3:

1. Can someone log in the website for submitting "Disney Professional Internship Program Program Assessment Fees"? I tried this morning but I can't wither submit the fee or request housing availability. Does it mean the sponsored-housing has already been full?

2. I would also be interested in finding a 2b/2b apartment near Disney: my budget is about 500-700 for my part of the rent, and I would prefer less than 25 mins driving. During my online search, I have already had few target apartments that fit. If you are a girl and you are interested finding nearby housing, please please shoot my messages or reply here so we can maybe meet, and arrange a visit to apartments.:dance3:

I have some information that might be very helpful to you. I am going to try to figure out how to send a personal message to you. I hate to post my phone number or email on a message board, but I will figure out a way to get in touch with you.

My daughter lives in a three bedroom house in hunters creek (very safe area about 15 min from downtown disney) and is looking for a third person. The house is completely furnished except for the master bedroom. She is offering the master bedroom which has its own bath and walk in closet for $600 per month plus share of utilities (estimated to be $90/mo). She and her current roommate are recent college grads and are looking for a non-smoking, non-drug using roommate who is fun, but not a big party-er. They are also very tidy girls, so if you are messy, this isn't the right fit.

For that amount of your share of rent, find an apartment in Celebration. Easy/fast access to Disney World, safe, great community. 2bedrooms/2baths about $1200-$1300. Sometimes garages are available for an extra fee. Some buildings have elevators; some don't. We used to rent in Celebration - loved it.

Whereever you decide to go, be mindful not to have the West sun burning into your windows/balcony! North view is best. Good luck.

My daughter rented her third room. Just took two days, so $600 for large bedroom with private bath and large closet in completely furnished house seemed to be a reasonable price.

I feel inclined to mention in this thread I am looking for a roommate/s.

I am a 31 year old male, work at Epcot as a mechanic apprentice. I am pretty quiet, work too much to make much of a disturbance. Don't mind if you do though, I partied a lot when I was younger, so it is pretty much tuned out now and I don't even notice the 130 decibel racket.
