I hope someone can answer my questions. I am thinking of going to DL the week of Halloween next year (2006). I have seen some posts that say that DL is for ticket holders only a few hours each night.

1) If I get a 5 day park hopper for the week of Halloween, does that mean I have to leave the park when the 'tickets only' people come in?
2) Does the 5 day park hopper for the week of Halloween include being allowed in during those times?
3) Does the park feel 'Halloween-y' even if you don't do the trick or treating? Are there Jack-o-lanterns and Halloween decorations at times other than the trick-or-treating?

I guess I am just wondering what to expect if I have a 5 day park hopper pass for October 29th - November 2nd. I kinda thought I could stay in the park form opening to closing but now I'm not so sure.

Help! Thanks

There is a special Trick or Treating after hours thing at DCA on a couple of weekends prior to Halloween this year (from 7-10), but no other hard ticket events--your park hopper will keep you in DL itself until park close.

Other than the Haunted Mansion, no there really aren't any Halloween decorations in the park.

Jumping in with another question about the Halloween decorations....
Is the Oogie Boogie in the Haunted Mansion overlay? My daughter is scared of him and I'm wondering how big of a presence he has in the ride.

Thanks.

Brenda, I hope some of these wonderful experienced people here can answer our questions. I was a big dummy last night and spilled the beans to the girls that we may be gonig to DL over Halloween next year. Now, I don't know. I love halloween and I want it to feel Halloweeny.

:confused3

It changes year to year. The second year, Oogie was a big presence in the HMH. Last year was devoted to Zero and I can't remember seeing Oogie, but he might have been there. The first year, no Oogie at all.
