Questions about Hakuna Matata Dishes

How spicy are those "lightly spiced chicken strips" exactly? I'm not much of a spicy fan, yet we were thinking of trying some new fastfood restaurants and we haven't been here yet.
Are they very spicy/hot?
And how about the hakuna frites? They seem to have some spices to when I look at the pictures?
Also there's a chicken with some brown african sauce on it, what kind of sauce is this? Is it gravy-ish or something else?

The fries reminded me of McCain spicy wedges in terms of spiciness and i tried a little of my son's spicy chicken strips and the coating was very mild on them.
Last trip we tried Hakuna Matata and Fuente del oro, nver been in either before and loved both. If you go to Fuente del oro you must try the churros

my 2 want to go to hakuna matata but i NEED to try the churros..... so u can see technically where this is going.....

diet will be on hold til i get back i reckon - or maybe walking from 8am til 11pm will walk off all the food????? well.... i can hope
