Questions about Guest Services at Downtown Disney

Some friends need to pick up their park tickets from a will call window. They will be going to Downtown Disney the day before hitting a park. I was hoping that they could pick up their tickets on their leisurely day at Downtown Disney, so they're ready to hit the parks the next day with tickets in hand. Hopefully someone could answer some quick questions:

Can you pick up 'will call' tickets at this location?
Do they have birthday celebration buttons at this location?
Is this location usually a mob on Saturday afternoons?

1. Yes.
2. Guest buttons (but not necessarily ALL buttons) can be found at all Guest Relations.
Which buttons can be found where can vary over time.
(And, the correct term is "Guest RELATIONS," not Guest Services... which is actually the "concierge" at the resorts.)
3. There are TWO Guest Relations at DTD/Disney Springs.
One in Marketplace and one in front of DisneyQuest on the West Side. Either will be OK.
