Questions about getting to our Segway Tour

I just booked this tour for DSIL and me. We will be staying at BWI and need to be at Future World at 8am to check in. Will we be able to walk thru WS (before it opens) to get there? Or will we have to take a cab? Anyone know?

I just need to be sure b/c I am making a reservation with Kids Nite Out so that DSIL and I can take the tour. I want to be sure to leave myself plenty of time.
