We will have to rent a scooter for the first time this month for my husband. 9-11 first responder recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer He feels okay but has no stamina whatsoever. We have a lot planned for a Star Wars weekend.
I'm looking and most say 4-5 hours on the battery. That's actual running time right? If we fully charge it, and he's not driving it for 4 straight hours can we make it through a 12-14 hour day at the parks? Are there places to plug them in at the park?
My husband weighs about 230lbs so I need one that will hold him, but I need one that easily comes apart to fit in our rental car. We have a son with autism who doesn't like the buses. It needs to be easy to put together and take apart. I have rheumatoid arthritis and lifting anything too heavy isn't easy for me. Yes, my family is a walking disaster, but we get by somehow
Any suggestions on a model to try to rent that can hold him but isn't to heavy or hard to take apart and put together?
thanks!
