Questions about DVC stay

Hi,

We will be staying at Saratoga Springs in a 1 bedroom villa. This is the first time staying at a DVC resort on a non cash reservation so we are not sure what to expect. I know we will need to provide our own laundry detergent but not sure what type is best for the machine? Liquid, powder? Also I assume we will have to bring dishwasher detergent, coffee, soap etc? What type of coffee makers does SSR have?

All DVC resorts use the flat bottom mr coffee type of filters. Coffee, soap, detergent are provided and re-supplied every four days. Additional supplies can be purchased in the resort store.

You will get one 1 use box of powder laundry detergent. Although you may be lucky and get 2 boxes! Bring dryer sheets if you use them.

You will have all the things you listed. The only thing is they are resupplied on Full clean days or trash and towel days so if you need more sooner you will either need to bring some or purchase from housekeeping or the resort. Of what you listed though I believe they would supply for free dishwashing detergent if you needed more. Laundry detergent, soap and shampoo would be a charge though. The coffe makers are 10-12 cup and take flat bottom filters.
