Questions about Dreams Unlimited

Hi,
Need some info on Dreams Unlimited, what has been your experience with them????Is this a secure place to buy through???Also if you purchase from them do you have to pay it all at once or is there a deposit and pay the rest by a date???Thanks

We've gone through them 3 times and each time has been a fantastic experience...very friendly and responsive, extremely detailed "suggestion" itinerary, exceeded our expectations, made ressie changes with no gripes, they've been wonderful!! After you get your quote you put a deposit down and they tell you when the rest is due. I have recommended them without hesitation.

We used Dreams Unlimited for our trip in 2003 and we will be using them for our trip later this year. DU's payment policies are exactly the same as Disney's because it is actually Disney that does all of the transactions.

I can't emphasize enough how easy they make setting up PS's. I would just email our agent (Beth) and she would look after everything. She was even able to get us CRT on my DD's birthday.

I used them last summer and I highly recommend their services. It costs you nothing more than it would if you booked the ressie yourself and they're so good at it. At the last minute, we added my DB and his family to the ressie and my DU agent (Susan) was able to get their room at an AP discount for me as well! And she changed my PSs so that that we could all dine together. What a hassle it would have been to do that myself and how easy it was to just email Susan the details and let her handle it!

Don't forget to try Costco.com. I saved almost 10% off my Disney Cruise by booking with them for the Repo Cruise. I also was able to transfer my ressie that I booked onboard and got to keep the 10% off from DCL and the $200 ship credit and save an additional $265 from Costco.

We used DU for our last trip and had a great experience. Sue Ellen made all our PS's (including Candlelight Processional package) and kept watch for better hotel rates. I'd highly recommend them - I don't know why I ever did it all myself when I could have had DU spend time on the phone for me!
