Questions about discounts and free dining. Did I miss something

I've seen a lot of people talking about discounts at resorts or free dining offers. How does one get these offers? Do I need to use our Disney Visa or are they random? We've already booked our vacation staying are CSR with 10day park hopper/water park passes plus the DDP. Did I miss something??? Just wondering if it's possible to still get a discount, every little bit helps right.

Well, at the very least, did you get an AAA discount? It's well worth the price of a year of AAA membership.

If not, join AAA, and have one of their people re-book your package with the discount. (YOu can't book it yourself and still get DDP)


The codes have been random. Some people say it helps to order the Disney DVD-- if you're planning to go anyway, why not give it a shot??

Free dining, if it's offered, wouldn't be until September or so, after the summer rush is over, so it won't help you.

Thanks for the help. We ordered a DVD at the end of last year for 2008. The new ones were not yet available.
