Hello everyone! Just booked for the wish August 28th :) I have some questions I hope some pros can answer :)
Are we able to bring juice boxes and water on board? I read some mixed reviews saying must carry with you. Would we be able to put into a carry on with wheels? Is there limits?
Do I need to sign my granddaughter up in advance for the kids club?
How would we go about signing up for the fish extender?
Thank you everyone :)

You can bring an unlimited amount of packaged non-alcoholic beverages onboard with you. You must carry them on yourself rather than putting them in the checked luggage that is delivered to your room. You can use a wheeled carry-on. Keep in mind that whatever you bring onboard will need to stay with you until your stateroom is ready, which may be after 2:30 pm.

When you do online check-in, currently 30 days before your cruise, you can sign up your granddaughter for the kids club (as long as she is age 3-12). You will need to indicate who is permitted to pick her up and choose a password those people will use. You can drop her off at the Oceaneers Club/Lab any time during the cruise. You don’t need to reserve specific times.

Children under 3 will go to the Nursery. You do need to reserve nursery time in advance.

But it must fit through the security scanner, just like at the airport.

Remember your carry on has to go through an x ray machine So it can’t be too big. We usually just bring a refillable cup and use the water at the drink station.

You can go to the meet thread found just at the top of this page. Go to the first page find the ship you will be on. Click on that than find your date your going. Mind you not all dates have links and you can start your own thread and ask if any one is doing a fishender for your cruise.

Thank you everyone for all of your help. It definitely has answered my questions. I'm sure I'll think of more as the time goes by :)

Hi!
Fishextender are usually found under the Dusney Cruise Meets. If there is a group, you can find it there of on Facebook

This is the 1st cruise we aren't using a TA for. Do I need to upload all of our documents somewhere or will Disney have them on file from the last time we cruised?

You will neec to upload everything again during in line check in, which is 30 days out. A TA wouldn't help with that, even if you had one. There is an excellent sticky about what you should have prepared ahead.

Thank you :) I don't remember having to do that for our cruise in 2017. We will have our granddaughter traveling with us. What would I need to upload for her? A birth certificate? We don't have passports and don't plan on getting it for our cruise length

I believe all of the Wish cruises are closed loop Caribbean cruise, so you will.need a birth certificate for everyone from the state with a seal. In other words, some of the older ones from hospitals only may not work. You will also need a head shot of each
traveler.like a divers licence photo, head a little shoulder. No hats, glasses etc

Thank you so much for the information :)

I can't take credit, I'm just reiterating what I learned here from very smart, caring people.

You didn’t. The uploads are new since the Covid restart. Official birth certificates for all plus a drivers license for adults. And a selfie photo of each.

And if the child’s parent(s) will not be with you, a Minor Authorization form.

I thought I was going crazy 🤪 thanks so much! We are taking our granddaughter and leaving her parents home :) so thank you very much for that form
