Questions about CRT and Chefs de France?

Is it true that at CRT Dinner seatings only Fairy Godmother is there, no princesses? If this is true I will need to book lunch or breakfast!

Also, after reading the Chefs de France menu, Dbf and I are excited to try it. BUt the only thing on the kid's menu that DD4 will like is the brioche. It describes it as "ground steak" in a pasty. Has anyone ordered this for a little one? If it closely resembles hamburger she will be elated!! But shredded beef? nope!! Thanks for any info!!

"croquette de beouf" is a beef patty.
Translation, a burger on a brioche bun. She'll be fine.

As for CRT, I believe they have been doing Cinderella/princesses at all three meals for a few months now.

They also have a fantastic cheese puff pastry on the kids menu at Chefs de France!

CRT had the princess at dinner when I was there this April.

The cheese puff pastry is our kids fav! We always go here, one of our favorite places to eat at Epcot.
