Hope it's ok to post this here, I've been lurking for a while and know ya'll have some good info.
Dh and I have talked about taking the kids up to Alaska <so they can see where we used to live> and doing this via RV. Figuring we'll need several weeks to do it.
We also need a lot...A LOT of room for this. If everyone that we want gets to go I'm figuring on 3 adults <so they can split the drive up> and 6 kids...ranging in ages from 4-15
Now from everything I've seen so far only a Class C will give us the sleeping space, or close to it, but that's not enough space from what I can see for during the day. Are there any Class A's that will sleep that many people?
For during the day a Class A might be the best option, but doesn't look like they sleep very many people.
If anyone has information along these lines I'd greatly appreciate it. We won't be doing this til next summer <so taking tents *would* work for helping out with the sleeping arrangements some>.
Thanks!
Sheri
