Questions about Artist's Palette?

We are staying at OKW this November. We thought one afternoon or evening it might be fun to check out SSR. While we were there we were wondering if we could get a bite to eat. It looks like Artist's Palette is the only option there. Is this a sit-down restaurant or counter service? Is it open for lunch and dinner? (allearsnet.com only had a lunch menu) How is the food?

Artist Palette is the only option. It is counter service, and they do not have a sit down restaurant. They do serve all 3 meals and snacks. I think the food is decent, I liked the flatbreads, and the breakfasts. I can't remember what else I ate there, because it was mostly breakfast.
