Questions about area of SSR

When I called to make a reservation at SSR for October I asked to be placed in the springs area. The girl I was talking to had no idea what the springs area was. I explained to her that I wanted to be near the main pool. When I got my reservation slip it says a reqest for the carriage house. Is this area near the pool or do I need to call back and re-clarify my request?

The carriage house is the main check in area so you can't stay in there. I think I would call back.

She must be earning her ears! The buildings in the Springs are clearly marked "Springs." I'd call back unless you really want to stay in the Carriage House lobby.

Thanks guys. I will call back tomorrow and claify. I could tell that she was knew because she did not know a few things that I asked for. I will call and just make sure that my request is as it should be.

Just ask to have it noted you would prefer the Springs area. Even if she does not know the staff at SSR will.
