Questions: 50's Prime Time Reservation at 8:15 when DHS closes at 8?

Just booked an 8:15 pm reservation on 12/14 at 50's PT when DHS closes at 8.
I had no other options. Has anyone done this before? How much time do you think we will have to eat before they start wanting us to leave?
