My mother has decided to join us for the trip in March. I am unsure if she wants to do the dining plan which we are doing. Can she stay in the room with us and not do the dining plan??

My understanding is that everyone on the same reservation must take part in the dining plan.
Assuming this is true she would need to book her own room if the rest of you want the dining plan.
