I went on the Disney Cruise during "Jersey Week" a few years ago. It seemed like everyone on the boat was from there. It is their teacher work week. I think it was in November. Not sure of the exact date sorry
New Jersey Teachers have a convention every year in Atlantic City. All NJ public schools are closed for 2 days in November. This year the convention is 11/10 & 11/11. I am a NJ teacher but before I was my DH and I went to WDW during Convention and it was not too busy. THis year, because it is the same time as Veterans' Day-it may be more crowded. I would definately go that weekend-if I didn't have to go to convention. THe weather is good-not for water parks though-and the crowds aren't too bad. You might have to deal with Jersey-ites though! Those of us from South Jersey aren't too bad-watch out for the North Jersey ones!
