Does any body know what the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station in the Magic Kingdom is replacing?

It is replacing the Plaza Pavillion.

I believe it's replacing the Plaza Pavillion counter service.

Yes it was the Plaza Pavilion counter service. They used to have salads, burgers, etc. You ate in the outside food court area. There is a roof over the area.
