We are going on the Sept 26 4 night wonder and I have a question about the kid's clubs. My DD is 8 but is small and looks more like a 6 yr old. She also interacts better with younger kids. I feel that she would enjoy the club activities more than the lab. Do they allow you to put your child in a younger age group like the 6-7 yr old group? We are getting very excited and I LOVE this board!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I'm crossing my fingers for the same thing. We sail on Saturday and my DS just turned 8 seven weeks ago. He'd be uncomfortable around the 10 year olds and would much rather be with his sister in the 5-7 group.

When you get on board, go to the Oceaneer's Club (the area for the 3-7 year olds). You can speak to the counselor's about moving your child down into their group. They will likely be able to accomodate you. The only problem would be if they are too full, but everything I've heard says that this normally works fine.

I kept my DD back in the younger group in the lab both of our trips, and it worked well for her. The counselors are more than willing to work with you to make the best choice for your child.
