The minnie mouse below, is that an clippie indicating you have exercised everyday for a week? I thought it meant you had been a member of this board for a week.

It is an exercise clippie, stating that you have stuck to an exercise plan for one week. It doesn't necessarially mean you worked out every day. I think the minimum you need to work out is three days a week, but it is tailored to your needs. For me personally, it means that I have worked out at the very least three days a week for at least 45 min. to an hour each time.

As you can see I removed the clippie. I would have to add the clip at the end of the week and keep track which I haven't been doing.
