Does ABD prices include airfare?

No, it doesn't. And there are usually a few meals on your own. And the gratuities for the guides are not included.

Just adding for completeness, that ABD prices do not include airfare to/from the Adventure. *Internal flights* are included in the price (during some ABD's, you will fly from one locale to another as a part of the tour). *That* airfare is included. Not all tour companies include the internal flights in the price of their tours.
