Hey i was just wondering how the crowds are from the end of august till the beginning of september. our days are aug26th-sep-4th

Wow thats almost the exact time we go. I think the most weve ever waqited in line was like an hour and a half for test track. But the lines arent too bad and most rides are like 20-40 mins max. Except TSM which is like 120mins

Touring Plans.com's crowd calendar shows mostly 2s and 3s with a 6 here & there. You will be able to see your dates on the free calendar at them end of the month.

Basically it's a 2 on a scale of 10 possible for crowd levels.

They post one month at a time for free. You can see a years worth of crowd calendars by being a subscriber. If you purchase their guide book (the unofficial guide to WDW) you get a free subscription or if you subscribe to the allears.net newsletter there is a discount code for the subscription.

I also use touringplans.com for their wonderful touring itineraries. They have pre made itineraries or you may build your own.

At under $9 a year I find it well worth the money.
