My mother will be joining us next year.

She has had gastric bypass so won't be able to eat big portions, most times will just share with someone, but will she be able to eat of the children's menu if she wants? and do we need proof that she had the surgery?

Thank you, Heidi

Edited to clarify, we are NOT looking to get discounts on food, just want to get a smaller portion if possible.

For buffets yes you'll need proof. For counter service you can order whatever you want. For table service usually you don't need proof, but you might want to bring it in case you get a strict server.

Thank you both, there will be no buffets except Garden Grill and there everything is served on a large platter at once, so she will be able to eat just what she wants.

Yes I made a notation on my papers to tell her to get a note from her doctor.

Thank you, so much. :)
