Question regarding the ddp planet hollywood voucher

Do they send you this before u check in or give it to you when you check in. we are arriving a day early and would like to use it then if possible. thanks

I got my in my document package just the other day. It says on it that you can't use it after your check out date, but it doesn't address using it before then, so I guess you could try.

Just for general information - this voucher has NOTHING to to at all with the Disney Dining Plan. It's a perk for EVERY Guest booking a Disney Vacation Package.

I got two last year and didn't use either one of them on the trip I received them for. One I threw away, but the other I used on a trip three months later. I asked when I checked in at PH, if I could use it and was told they are good from Jan of the year they are issued until the next January. I used it with no problem. Since the dates on them are 1/1/07 thru 1/15/08 I don't see why the OP couldn't use them before his trip officially starts.

I just returned about two weeks ago from another trip to WDW. Again I didn't use the $15.00 PH voucher I received a few weeks before my trip. I have it in front of me and it says:

'Redeem this voucher at PH located in DTD West Side to receive credit of $15.00 valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages, only. VIP Preferred Seating is available from 11am-6pm. Voucher is required for redemption and is non-transferable. Dine in only. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Voucher not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion and may not be redeemed for cash in whole or part. Offer subject to change without notice. Not valid or to be used in conjunction with the Disney Dining Program. Valid one certificate per room. Valid for travel 1/1/07 thru 1/15/08.'

Then it has a bar code # and my name. No where on it does it say it can't be used before or after my resort dates. I will be receiving another voucher for my Sept '07 trip that I will not be using that trip. I plan to use both vouchers for my Dec '07 trip.

aubriee, I stand corrected. It's the sea raycer offer that says "voucher must be redeemed on or prior to check-out of the resort hotel and s not valid for future stays."
It is good to know I can use those $15 off passes for other trips. Thanks!
