Question regarding payments...

I'm in the process of planning a honeymoon, and I have a few questions that I figure the experts can help with. I've only stayed on Hotel Plaza Boulevard, so I am completely clueless as to policies for the Disney resorts.

I'm looking into booking for sometime probably in 2005. How soon can you book? I understand that the rates will be current, and subject to change, but this leads into my next question.

When you book through CRO, do you HAVE to pay the full balance at check-in, or can you make payments periodically towards your balance before arriving?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dan - Book through Dreams and you won't have to worry about rates, etc. They do all the checking! You will have to deposit of course, and pay the balance usually 45 days out, or 30 depending, but yes, you can pay on it as you can over time. I do that any time I have the time to do it, in other words not a spur of the moment trip.

Any of the Dreams agents can book it, I have had the best luck with Jason, he is terrific! They have a link at the top of this board. And may I say, you will look very sharp in that wedding tux, mister slim and handsome.

And actually I was considering doing it through dreams. The only reason I'm concerned is because I'm trying to plan so far in advance. I actually visited dreams, and their forms only went to 2004, but I suppose I could fill one out just to get a quote.

Oh yes, you can just put your requested dates in the comments field. I can't think of a better place for a honeymoon, or wedding and honeymoon! Have a great time!

Yes, you can go ahead and book now, they will quote you this year's Rack rate for Regular season, and then adjust it when the correct rates are out. And yes you can make as many payments as you like through CRO, we like to book a year ahead and make monthly payments. There are different change/cancellation policies depending on who you book through (DC, WDTC, CRO), so see which one will best fit your plans. Here is a link explaining them. ~~
