Question regarding park hopping

I get the idea of hopping from this board. Questions for people who park hopped before, is the following plan feasible?

Background information on us. I will be going to WDW on 5/10 to 5/15 with my mom (in her active 60s) and son (2.5 year old). We are staying offsite in LBV area.

5/10 arrive at noon. PM: EPCOT world showcase and Illumination
5/11 MGM. take a nap break. Back to MGM to catch a few ride. Booked fantasmic package at H&V at 7pm
5/12 am MK. focus on Fantasyland. Maybe a few other rides depend on time. then take a nap.
pm Epcot (left-over part from 5/10)
5/13 Universal studio. (DS is a barney fan). Nap in park.
5/14 am AK. then take a nap
pm MK, Mickey toon town & wishes
5/15 am MK, frontierland & adventureland.
pm fly back.

Any other tips on hopping? Thanks in advance.

i dont see any problems with your plan.. the only thing you need to check on is the park hours because certain times of the year mk may close early
