How and what programs do people use when designing Mickey heads with different prints. Such as making the head plaid, or with cheetah print. I have 3 different programs but have been unsuccessful when trying this. I use Microsoft office publisher, print shop 21, and I am learning to use photoshop elements 6. Can somebody please help me.
