Question regarding magical express, non member

Hey guys!

I am just asking for my friend who has booked her Disney vacation through a member by renting points. She went through the same person last year, and while the member was a little flighty and hard to get a hold of at times, the vacation went well, so she decided to go through the same person this time. Once again, flighty and hard to get a hold of, and we asked the member a month ago to add her flight information for magical express, which I am not thinking she did because my friend has not received luggage tags and she is leaving in 2 weeks! So my question is what happens if the member never updates her magical express information, is she out of luck for it? Or can she still take magical express? Thank you!

There is a desk for Magical Express near the lines. We actually misplaced our ME tickets for our last trip and had to go to the desk to get new ones in order to board the bus. I would imagine they could go to the desk and get on a bus, but they would need to collect their luggage first if they don't have the luggage tags for hotel delivery. However, they could probably give them luggage tags at the desk for their return trip. Perhaps they should call the magical express directly and see what they can do for them. I'm not sure how much help this is, but I hope they have a great trip!

Thank you so much! I didn't realize they had a separate phone line for magical express, I was just nervous that we couldn't check it because Dvc ms will not talk to us about her reservation, as is standard. I found their number and called magical express directly and they were able to get it all done for us! Thank you so much!

That's great! Have a wonderful vacation!! We've had to call them in the past because our tags were delayed in getting to us.

Just as an FYI... If you don't have your luggage tagged with the Magical Express tags, when you check in your can give them your luggage check tags and they will go and get them. We did this but they missed one bag that didn't show up till the next day.
