Question regarding Disney honeymoon and discount codes . . .

We've already booked our October honeymoon in Disney through AAA. I've read on mousesavers.com that there's a rumor that Disney will be offering a "7 nights for the price of 5" promotion and it will be good during our dates of stay. Can I get the promotional discount even though I've already booked? We haven't paid off the entire balance yet (have about $800 left to pay). Does anyone know anything more about this supposed discount code? Thanks guys!

Congrats on the wedding.

I believe that you can apply a code to your reservation after you have already booked. Just call CRO when the codes come out.

We first booked our trip 6 months ago at full price. Didn't know we actually booked a package (didn't include tix). When the summer rates came out, I called to change res. They had to cancel the original reservation (because it was a package) and book a Room Only. The reservationist said they would have to keep our $79 insurance from our package res., but it wouldn't be a problem to change. In fact, they refunded our full deposit of $200 and changed to room only. This saved us $500 on an 8 night stay!
