question regarding advanced mode

ok this may seem like a stupid question, but when you are on advanced mode and can enter rooms north/east/etc. what does this mean? I always end up entering at the same spot!

When you use Advance Mode, it means that you can pick an "Instance" (ie. South, North, South-East). There are many instances for each room. If you wanted to meet up with someone, you could specify that you wanted to meet them in Esplanade South so that you would both me in the same instance. Make sure you click the instance you want.

I use Advanced Mode when doing quests (and playing Street Party Music). I purposely pick an empty room so that I can find items if I need to search. For the Music games, there's less likelihood that I will crash. Hope this helps

There are more than one of each room, so you can pick which room you want to be in. They are named North, West, Northwest, etc. But you always enter in the same spot in each room.

It is the same room, except there are different rooms of the same rooms...LOl it sounds confusing, I know

Let's see how I can explain this...

There are let's say 4 different rooms. North, South, East, and West. And let's say the room was Main Street. Well, in Advanced Mode, you can choose which room you'd like to go into. This is good for different reasons.

1. You can meet with people at a direct room
2. There could be less people in a room
3. If there is a queue for 1 room, you could just enter a different room with no queue

There are others, but I can't think of them Lol.

oh, I understand now! Thanks!! That explains why I just sat in central plaza all by myself for a good 3 minutes. Wondering where everyone was!
