Question: Recharging Magic Bands

Heyo! So we have 3 different reservations over a 3 month span and we were wondering if you can recharge magic bands after your first stay is over. We just don't want to have to deal with getting 3 different sets of Magic Bands in the mail. Thanks!!!!

Recharge? If linked to your account in MDE all magic bands you have will work as admission / fast passes. I've got one from a stay on site, and as a passholder and both will actually work unless I disable them. You will probably get new ones in the mail no matter what.

You don't "recharge" Magic Bands; you just re-use them. Unfortunately though, you will keep getting new ones for every reservation you make. You can get different colors to coordinate with your outfits because any and all of the bands will work with all your reservations.

You do not have to get new ones in the mail. Per the CM's during the testing phase (I have a set from then), the MB battery will last for 2 years.

If you have a new reservation, don't choose your bands in advance on DE and they will hold the MB's at the front desk. When you check in, bring your old bands and ask to have the new ones recycled. They'll take care of that for you.

Just be sure to register your MB's on My Disney Experience's web site and you should be good to go for 2 solid years of visits.
