I have blank VWF and also blank Customs declaration forms.
As people have many questions about how to fill these in, what I was thinking of doing was filling in one of each, then uploading them as pictures for information.

Would this be any use?
I have seen them in Virgins in flight brochure, but Mods, is this a no-no? is there a legal problem with doing that?

TIA

Sounds like a good idea, Obi. I'd suggest you complete the forms with ficticious information, but I'd imagine that's what you'd intended.

While you have brought this up i have a question.

I know you have to fill one of the form out per person but there is another one you fill out for the family. If there is me and my hubby and 2 children, plus my in laws do we just fill one form in as we all have the same name or do we as a family do one and my inlaws do one for themselves?

Oh it would be so handy having a place to go to about filling these forms in.

Donna, you need to fill out a green Visa Waiver Form, for each member of your party. You complete a Customs Declaration Form (white, with blue print) for each household - so one for your family and one for your in-laws.

Definitely very useful as every year I have problems with the forms and usually fill out at least two per person in the clubhouse as I do things wrong, this way I can print off a sample and follow it.

Many thanks Obi

Can't see a problem with that Obi - as long as you do it correctly LOL

The DIBB site already has the same thing:

http://www.thedibb.co.uk/usa-florida-imigration-forms.php

On this link, and others I've posted, none of them show the departure record completed on the back of the VWF.

I have always filled this is,basically because it doesn't tell you not to and I've always have a date of travel back.
This has never caused me any problems, what do others do?

I have never filled it in, nor has any Customs Officer asked me to.
I always assumed that this needed to be filled in by the checkin desk staff when you leave, just i9n case of early/late leaving from your intentioned date
