Does anyone know how much they are?

What do you think about it? love it, hate it?

Has anyone seen a stroller swap with one of these?
(I checked the sticky note with the stroller swap and didn't see one.)

Does anyone have one they'd like to get rid of?

I will be arriving in WDW Sunday March 22... I know its short notice to arrange a swap, but I just thought I'd ask. I'm thinking of buying one. I would love to buy one at a used price if possible.

thanks for the reply. yes, that is the one.

DS is just under 35 lbs now. Would it bog down the wheels and not roll as well if you put more than 35 lbs in it? I wonder how much the bag (with camera, snacks, etc.) would weigh if I hung that off of it too.

possibly and recently someone posted pics of them on a rack in disney and the sign had them listed for 49.99. If you have see the kolcraft jeep umbrella strollers they are along the same lines the difference is the jeep has the saddle bags and is a nylon seat that the back can roll up to make it a mesh back. have you checked your local craigslist to see what they may have.

My 40 lb. DD rode in it with no problems. We love this stroller! We picked it up on day 4 of our 2007 Disney trip cause we were tired of listening to our then 4 year old whine (she did great walking for 3 days). It was the only stroller we brough back with us in 2008 (our 5 year old was great all week) for our 2 year old DD.
I don't know if they sell the stroller in the parks, but they definately do at the resorts. We picked our up at ASMu for $40-45.

Thanks! The Jeep stroller would work too. My Toys R Us only carries the double Jeep stroller that reclines. The single umbrella strollers that they carry don't recline.

The stroller they sell in some of the resort stores and in the park for $49.99 + tax is a piece of cr*p. My stroller got stolen so I had no choice but to purchase this one. It immediately went in the garbage when we got home.

It is $49.95, I checked the price yesterday at the Wilderness Lodge gift shop.

We bought one at the Boardwalk after leaving one of ours at the airport (oops). It was nicer than the ones we had brought along (umbrella strollers from Walmart that everyone at the parks seemed to have). A little over priced, but I didn't feel too taken advantage of. We brought it home and still use it with our smaller kids for trips to the mall etc because it does fold up smaller than a regular stroller.

My 7 year old son rode in it - he was probabably 57 lbs at the time (never thought to check a weight limit) and it worked fine (and still does). We're taking it back this year to WDW.

Where did your stroller get stolen? Parked outside of an attraction?

some strollers are stollen in the parks...not very common, but it does happen. I've heard stories of the Disney CM's being very accommodating when this happens. They've gone so far as to replace the souvies that are left in the stroller free of charge, and providing a Disney rental free as well.

DH and I have decided to save our stroller so it will last as long as DS needs it. We are leaving it home, taking a $12 Target cheapie for the airport, but are in a stroller swap for the parks. It was worth the $10-$15 to save my stroller. I'd try to find one of those rather than pay $50 for the Kolcraft. Or, make a trip to the local Walmart about 15 minutes away and buy one for 1/2 that.

We purchased one in '06 and it was very, very similar to the Jeep All Weather one we had brought with us. It serves it's purpose and for the price of renting strollers in the park you can't beat the value..

I guess it depends on what you are looking for though.. it's not as sturdy as some of the SUV sized strollers on the market so if that is what you want you're not going to be happy with it. If you're looking for an easy folding and toting stroller it's not bad!

That is exactly what I'm looking for, something that folds down small and is easy to carry on/off the bus and tram. I do need it to recline, (DS will take naps in the stroller) or else I'd be happy with any $10 umbrella stroller.

I have a nice big stroller, and I have taken it to the parks before. It was a pain to manage it on the bus and tram by myself. I often take the kids to the parks while DH works with his clients in Orlando. In fact, he is attending a conference in the Contemporary in a few weeks. This job has some great perks!!

deva--thanks for posting about your son. That is nice to know works with a child that size. My Ds is 2 1/2 so we might get plenty of use out of it.

I bought one for my DS who was 4 1/2. He was tall for his age and he was fine. It pushed ok and lasted well. he also sat in it (when watching parade)when he was 6 when we had taken it for his little sister. he still fitted ok but it would have been hard to push then.
